CM's meeting with Collectors today

To debate at length about Telangana government's 99 Day Action Plan, upcoming Census enumeration and implementation of Praja Palana-Pragati Pranalika, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy is holding the Collectors Conference from 9:30 AM to 6 PM at Telangana Secretariat on Tuesday. Special Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries, Special Secretaries will be attending the combined session from 1:45 PM to 6 PM.

In view of this high profile conference to be addressed by the CM with full participation and interaction from all Ministers, Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao held a detailed preparatory review with senior officials at the Secretariat on Monday afternoon. The meeting focused on structured scheduling to ensure meaningful deliberations and concrete, actionable outcomes.

The Chief Secretary briefed officers on key subjects and stressed meticulous preparation by every department. The forenoon session of the Collectors Conference will sensitise District Collectors on the upcoming Census enumeration exercise. He underscored the need for thorough groundwork at the district level to achieve accurate, transparent and time bound enumeration.

The afternoon session will comprehensively brief Collectors on the State Government's 99 Day Action Plan, 

with special focus on priority development works, expeditious land acquisition and timely forest clearances. Departments were directed to prepare detailed presentations covering targets, timelines and robust monitoring mechanisms so that district administrations remain fully aligned with the States developmental roadmap. The review also discussed seamless implementation of Praja Palana-Pragati Pranalika, scheduled from March 6 to June 12.

This flagship initiative aims to strengthen governance outreach, accelerate development programmes and ensure effective service delivery at the grassroots level. Collectors will play a pivotal coordinating role in delivering tangible results. DGP Shivdhar Reddy, Spl CSs Jayesh Ranjan, Sanjay Kumar, Vikas Raj, PSs Sandeep Kumar Sultania, Nadeem, Secretaries Lokesh Kumar, Christina Z Chongthu, seniors from various departments attended the meeting.
