Beware of sob-stories of cyber criminals

Beware- cyber criminals are adopting various types of tricks to dupe the people and loot their hard-earned money. If someone calls you, starts weeping and sobbing, and comes out with a pathetic story, don't believe the stories. You may receive a call and a voice may tell you that they are in great difficulty of losing their job. They explain, amidst sobbing, that they had wrongly mentioned mobile number in an application, by just clicking one wrong digit.

They will then tell you that you can help them in getting a job, and asks you just to tell the OTP number you will receive on your mobile, so that they can correct the wrong number. Be alert: if you tell the OTP received on your mobile, you will become victim of the fraud. Once you tell the OTP number, the money in your bank accounts will be looted. Take care. Never tell anyone the OTP number.
