The Bandlaguda Police swiftly traced a missing four-year-old girl and reunited her safely with her parents within two hours of receiving the complaint in Hyderabad on Thursday.
According to police, the child’s mother approached Bandlaguda Police Station around 2 pm after the girl went missing from Ghouse Nagar. Responding immediately, Bandlaguda Inspector and SHO R. Devender alerted Sector SI S. Nagaraj Reddy to launch a search operation.
The police team, along with constables Ravi and Mukesh, rushed to the area and began scanning CCTV footage while questioning local residents. Based on clues gathered during the investigation, the officers traced the child to a nearby colony at around 3.20 pm and safely handed her over to her family.
Police also counselled the parents on child safety and the importance of close supervision. Family members and local residents appreciated the prompt response and quick action of the Bandlaguda Police.
