Axis Bank and IndiGo launch co-branded credit cards

Axis Bank and IndiGo have partnered to launch co-branded credit cards aimed at enhancing travel and lifestyle experiences for Indian consumers. Available in two variants – IndiGo Axis Bank Credit Card and IndiGo Axis Bank Premium Credit Card – the cards are designed to reward spending through IndiGo’s loyalty program, BluChip.

Both cards offer accelerated BluChip earnings on IndiGo transactions, welcome and renewal benefits, milestone rewards, and a range of lifestyle privileges. Benefits include airport lounge access, entertainment and dining discounts, and lower foreign exchange markup depending on the card variant.

The IndiGo Axis Bank Credit Card, priced at Rs 799 plus GST, targets retail customers and offers 1 BluChip for every Rs 100 spent, with category-based boosts including 2 BluChips per Rs 100 on groceries and dining and 3 BluChips per Rs 100 on IndiGo spends. Cardholders also enjoy domestic lounge access and accelerated rewards on UPI transactions.

The IndiGo Axis Bank Premium Credit Card, priced at Rs 5,000 plus GST, is aimed at affluent customers and provides 7 BluChips per Rs 100 on IndiGo spends, 3 BluChips per Rs 100 on hotels and groceries, and 2 BluChips per Rs 100 on other eligible categories. Additional benefits include reduced forex markup of 2.5%, comprehensive lounge access at domestic and international airports, and exclusive lifestyle offers on BookMyShow and EazyDiner.

The cards will be available on RuPay and Visa networks. Executives from Axis Bank, IndiGo, NPCI, and Visa highlighted that the partnership strengthens travel-led rewards, enhances lifestyle privileges, and provides seamless digital payment experiences.
