Arrangements reviewed for Governor’s visit to city

District Collector Chahat Bajpai on Wednesday inspected the arrangements being made at the Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential College of Excellence at Peddammagadda ahead of the visit of Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla on Thursday. The Collector, accompanied by Joint Collector K. Ravi, conducted a field inspection of the campus to review the preparations for the Governor's visit.

The Collector examined the institution's infrastructure, including the kitchen shed, playground, classrooms and reviewed the facilities being provided to students. She also visited the computer lab and classrooms to observe the digital teaching methods being adopted. Interacting with students, the Collector enquired about their academic progress and assessed their subject-wise learning abilities and comprehension.

The Collector also inspected the college kitchen and storeroom, directing officials to ensure that only fresh vegetables and quality food ingredients are used in preparing meals. Reviewing the overall arrangements for the Governor's visit, the Collector directed College Principal Nandanuri Padmini and other officials to complete all necessary preparations promptly and ensure that the program is conducted smoothly.
