Andhra Govt appoints Manthena as Advisor for Yoga and Naturopathy

The Andhra Pradesh government on Monday issued official orders appointing Manthena Satyanarayana Raju as an Advisor for the Yoga and Naturopathy Department. The appointment has been made with Cabinet rank, and he will serve as a Honorary Advisor to the government. 

 According to the government order, Manthena Satyanarayana Raju will hold the position for a term of two years, during which he will provide guidance and policy inputs to strengthen the promotion and development of yoga and naturopathy in the state. The order also states that the advisor will be provided with official facilities including a government vehicle, office space, and supporting staff. 

In addition, he will be eligible for travel allowances for official tours undertaken as part of his responsibilities.

Chief Secretary G. Sai Prasad directed the Health and Family Welfare Department to take the necessary steps to implement the appointment and extend the required administrative support for the functioning of the advisory role.
