‘Anakapalli’ pre-release event held

The makers of the upcoming action-drama 'Anakapalli' held a pre-release event in Anakapalli on Wednesday ahead of the film's theatrical release. The film is produced under Bhavya Sri Movie Makers and Nakkina Narratives banners by Kandregula Naidu and Trinadha Rao Nakkina. Directed by Khagesh Tammineni, the film stars Vikram Sahidev, Sandhya Vasishta and Tarak Ponnappa in lead roles. Trinadha Rao Nakkina penned the story and screenplay and also plays a key role in the film.

Actor Sonu Sood, who attended the event as the Chief Guest praised the performances of the lead actors and complimented that director Khagesh Tammineni appeared to have made an impressive film.  Lead actor Vikram Sahidev thanked Sonu Sood for gracing the event and acknowledged the hard work put in by director Khagesh Tammineni. He expressed hope that the director would receive the recognition he deserved.

Writer, actor and producer Trinadha Rao Nakkina, reflecting on his personal journey, said that during his student days he had dreamed of staging plays in Anakapalli but never had the opportunity. He expressed happiness that he was now able to return with a film he had acted in, written and produced. Producer Kandregula Naidu said the film was made as a tribute to his late father, who passed away a few months ago.

He thanked the people of Anakapalli for supporting the film named after the town. Actress Sandhya Vasishta said she was delighted that the pre-release event was held in Anakapalli and thanked Sonu Sood for attending. She expressed gratitude to the filmmakers and praised cinematographer Maya V. for presenting the cast beautifully on screen.
