Telangana Rugby Association plans new strategy

The Annual General Body Meeting of the Rugby Association of Telangana was conducted at Minerva Grand, Kondapur, Hitech City, with participation from representatives of 16 districts across Telangana. It was decided that a new strategy would help in taking Rugby forward. There was complaince by all the members on this count.
