Sumanth Prabhas on Romanchakam: A fresh youthful entertainer

Presented by blockbuster director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and produced by Pranay Reddy Vanga under Bhadrakali Pictures, Romanchakam stars Sumanth Prabhas and Ananthika Sanilkumar. Directed by debutant Venu Gopal Reddy, the film blends love, humour and suspense and is set for a worldwide theatrical release on the 3rd of this month. Sumanth Prabhas said that his earlier films Mem Famous and Godarigattupaina helped him explore different backdrops, while Romanchakam is set in Hyderabad. He plays an innocent engineering graduate who dreams of starting a startup.

Sumanth revealed that director Venu Gopal conducted six months of workshops to refine his performance, with some scenes rehearsed for months. He praised Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Pranay Reddy Vanga for their support and said Sandeep complimented his performance after watching the film. He also praised co-star Ananthika Sanilkumar, calling her highly talented, and expressed confidence that the film would entertain audiences of all age groups. He highlighted Vasuki Vaibhav’s music, particularly the song Radharaman. Sumanth said he hopes to explore different genres and will next collaborate with Raju Weds Rambai director Saailu Kampati under Asian Cinemas.
