Stolen Picasso print finally recovered

Milwaukee: A Picasso print stolen from a Milwaukee art gallery in 2018 has been recovered after a landlord found it while cleaning a vacant apartment. Gallery owner Bill DeLind identified Torero, a print depicting a bullfighter and one of 30 known copies signed by Pablo Picasso. The artwork was valued at $35-50,000 when stolen. The gallery’s sticker was still on its frame. The landlord handed the print to police after an antique dealer recognised it.
