Starmer says my work is done

London: Outgoing UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Monday delivered his final address outside 10 Downing Street, declaring that “my work is done” before heading to Buckingham Palace to formally tender his resignation to King Charles III.
Starmer, 63, said he was passing “the baton to Andy Burnham, who has my full support”.
