Stanley College hosts day 2 of event on careers and impact

Stanley College of Engineering & Technology for Women successfully conducted Day 2 of its ACM-W event, following the inaugural sessions held on Day 1. The second day was organized under the theme “ Careers, Community & Impact ,” bringing together academic leaders, global representatives, industry experts, and students on a common platform.

Distinguished speakers including Dr. Geetanjali Kale, ACM-W India Chair and Arati M. Dixit , ACM-W Buddy Chapters Chair, shared valuable insights on leadership, accountability, and the evolving role of women in computing. 

Students actively participated in the Ideathon titled “ Idea to Impact ,” showcasing innovative solutions and collaborative thinking. The day concluded with a valedictory ceremony recognizing outstanding contributions and celebrating the spirit of participation.

The event was attended by the College Secretary and Correspondent K. Krishna Rao, Management Members T. Rakesh Reddy and R. Pradeep Reddy, Dean Prof. A. Vinay Babu, Principal Dr. B. L. Raju, Administrative Officer A. Ramesh, along with faculty members and students.
