Revolutionary changes with AI: MosChip Technologies Manager

Hyderabad: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is bringing revolutionary changes to the Human Resources (HR) sector, said J. Komali, Talent Acquisition Manager at MosChip Technologies, Hyderabad. She attended as the Chief Guest at a program jointly organized by the Department of Management Studies and the Office of Industry Relations at Vignan’s University, Deshmukhi, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district.

Addressing the students on the topic “The Future of HR: AI-Driven Workforce Management,” she explained that AI is not merely about automating routine tasks but rather, it is a powerful tool that enhances employee experience and improves performance through data-driven strategies. 

Speaking at the event, University Director Prof. Y. V. Daseswara Rao advised students to not only excel academically but also prove themselves through creativity and innovation in today’s competitive world. 

Deans, Directors, Heads of Departments, faculty members, representatives from the Office of Industry Relations, students and staff from various departments participated in the program.
