President’s Police Medal for Intelligence SP

On the occasion of Independence Day, Regatte Jagadishwar Reddy, SP, Telangana State Intelligence Department, has been awarded the prestigious President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

The award recognises his long service,  particularly in the critical field of intelligence. Throughout his career, he has been the recipient of several  honours in recognition of his performance and dedicated service.

These include the Kathina Seva Pathakam in 2005, Uttama Seva Pathakam  in 2009, Chief Minister’s Gallantry Medal in 2011, Antarik Suraksha Pathakam  in 2014, Indian Police Medal in 2017 and Mahonnata Seva Pathakam in 2021. He was also awarded by CBI in detaining a terrorist in 2006.

In addition to these awards, his service record includes 85 commendation entries for his  performance, along with eight appreciation certificates and two special commendations, reflecting his  professional excellence. Intelligence  ADGP  Vijay Kumar and other officers  congratulated  Jagadeeshwar Reddy on the annoucement of President’s Police Medal for his Service and appreciated his  contribution to the police department.
