‘Passport mela’ at Hyderabad Press Club

Regional Passport Officer Snehaja Jonnalagadda said on Thursday that a week long special “passport mela”, the first of its kind, would be arranged at Hyderabad Press Club for the benefit of journalists. She mentioned that across the state, in addition to the main Regional Passport Office(RPO),  there are 5 Passport Seva Kendras and made it clear that passport would be given in time to those who submitted all documents duly filled. Press Club President S. Vijay Kumar Reddy informed that efforts are being made to issue passports to close to 600 applicants.

He also informed that as per the request of journalists, passport services are being arranged for in a special vehicle. The governing body of the Press Club appreciated the efforts put in by Regional Passport Officer Snehaja Jonnalagadda. Hyderabad Press Club General Secretary Ramesh Varikuppal, Vice Presidents Arun Attaluri and A. Rajesh, Joint Secretaries Chilukuri Hariprasad and Vardelli Bapooravu, Treasurer Ramesh Vaitla, and Executive Members Mutyala Sattibabu, Vanam Nagaraju, Ashok Dayyala, and Amit Battu took part in the event.
