Nuvama delivers its highest ever quarterly profit of ₹306 Cr

Mumbai,  July 2026: Nuvama Wealth Management Limited (NSE, BSE: NUVAMA), one of India’s leading wealth management companies, announced its financial results for the quarter ending 30th June 2026.Nuvama delivered a strong quarter, driven by a healthy all-round performance across businesses. Wealth Management continues to deliver strong and sustainable growth with profits increasing by 20% YoY. Asset Services maintained strong growth momentum, while Capital Markets demonstrated resilience, supported by a diversified platform and exceptional performance in Fixed Income.Client assets crossed ₹ 5 lakh crore, reaching a significant milestone, reflecting deepening client trust and franchise strength.

Wealth Management demonstrated sustained growth, supported by client acquisition, healthy net new flows and consistent margins. We are also seeing encouraging progress in newer initiatives including offshore wealth and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Asset Management advanced on multiple strategic priorities, including the receipt of mutual fund licence and successful close of our commercial real estate fund. Beyond these, our institutional businesses continued to contribute meaningfully to growth. Asset Services delivered strong revenue growth, driven by deeper engagement with existing clients and the acquisition of new mandates. Capital Markets maintained its performance despite a volatile market environment. Overall, the Nuvama Group delivered a strong performance reinforcing the strength and resilience of our integrated platform model.
