Jagan to visit Pulivendula, to pay tribute to YSR

YSR Congress Party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy will undertake a two-day visit to his home constituency, Pulivendula, on September 1 and 2, coinciding with the death anniversary of his father and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy.

According to the scheduled programme, Jagan will reach Pulivendula at 12 noon on September 1 and proceed to his camp office at Bhakarapuram. He will remain available to local residents, party leaders and cadre, and interact with them to understand their concerns and grievances.

Jagan will stay overnight at his residence in Pulivendula. On September 2, he will leave his residence in the morning and reach Idupulapaya at 7:45 am. He will participate in special prayers organised at the YSR Ghat to mark Rajasekhara Reddy’s death anniversary and pay floral tributes at his father’s memorial.

Following the commemorative programme, Jagan is scheduled to return from Idupulapaya, party sources said. The annual death anniversary of Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy remains a significant occasion for the YSR family and YSRCP supporters. Jagan has consistently attended both his father’s birth and death anniversary programmes at Idupulapaya, maintaining the family’s tradition of paying tribute at the memorial.
