During the meeting, Harish Rao raised concerns over the non-adherence to protocol in government programs held in constituencies represented by BRS legislators. Additionally, he urged the Chief Minister to release the stalled Special Development Fund (SDF) for Sitaphalmandi in Secunderabad segment represented by Padma Rao.
Speaking to the media after the meeting, Harish Rao stated, "A total of Rs 32 crore was sanctioned during the BRS regime for the establishment of a high school, junior college, and degree college in one place at Sitaphalmandi. However, the funds were halted due to the election code. Padma Rao Goud and I met Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to request the release of these funds."
The meeting, which lasted for nearly 15 minutes, has sparked discussions in political circles, given the recent verbal exchanges between the leaders.
