Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Mahesh Kumar Goud has stated that the substantial investments directed towards Telangana as the location for the World Economic Forum in Davos indicate a significant potential for growth in the real estate sector.

During a media briefing at Gandhi Bhavan on Friday, the TPCC leader remarked that the events in Davos have reaffirmed that substantial investments are only feasible under a Congress-led government.

He also inquired if the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) party is prepared to engage in discussions regarding the investments made during the decade of BRS governance as compared to those generated during the year of Congress governance in Telangana.

"It is encouraging to see that prominent companies from the information technology, energy, solar, aerospace, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries are expressing interest in investing at the Telangana pavilion in Davos. This marks the first instance of such significant investments since the establishment of Telangana," Mahesh Kumar Goud said.

He further stated that the recently announced Clean and Green Policy, along with the Industrial policy being implemented by the Telangana government, has attracted the attention of global industrialists.
