Condition of road deteriorates near Gandi Maisamma X Road

The condition of the road in Rajarajeshwari Colony, located near Gandi Maisamma X-Road (behind Ujwala Grand Hotel), Qutbullapur, has deteriorated drastically. Residents endure a daily nightmare as the road is riddled with potholes and covered in mud and stagnant rainwater.Even a light drizzle turns the entire road into a slushy mess. With water filling the potholes and obscuring their depth, two-wheeler riders face a constant risk of losing their balance and falling. Pedestrians, children, and the elderly face immense difficulty navigating this route.

Locals express distress over the fact that even ambulances and other vehicles struggle to enter the colony during emergencies. People are demanding the installation of a proper drainage system to prevent water stagnation, followed by the construction of a high-quality CC (cement concrete) or BT (bituminous) road. Colony residents are appealing to GHMC officials to inspect the area immediately and are urging former corporators, public representatives, and political leaders to step in and provide a permanent solution.
