Bobby Deol praises Alia Bhatt’s action in ‘Alpha’

Actor Bobby Deol has praised the dedication and hard work of Alia Bhatt while shooting for the upcoming action film Alpha. The film, produced under the YRF banner, also stars Sharvari and features an action-packed story centered around female leads.

Speaking about the project, Bobby Deol said he thoroughly enjoyed working on the film and described it as a refreshing attempt in Indian cinema. He said it was exciting to see an action film in India led by two women performing intense action sequences on screen. According to him, Alpha offers audiences a completely new visual experience.

Bobby also spoke highly of Alia Bhatt’s commitment during the shoot. He said she arrived on set fully prepared and remained deeply involved in every scene. Despite not having done this kind of action role before, Alia impressed him with the effort and dedication she put into performing difficult sequences.

He added that producer Aditya Chopra and director Shiv Rawail wanted the action to appear realistic and raw, making the shoot physically demanding. Alpha also features Anil Kapoor in a key role and is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on July 10, 2026.
