Agri-business management students gain 100% placement

The 28th batch of its Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Agri-Business Management) - PGDM (ABM) for 2023-2025 under MANAGE have been successfully placed informed a press release. Despite a significant increase of 51.5% in batch size from 66 to 100 students, the institute once again demonstrated its excellence by securing placements for all students across leading agribusiness sectors.This dual success reflects the relentless efforts of our students, faculty, and the placement team. The highest CTC offered is ₹21.00 LPA, with an average CTC of ₹12.38 LPA and a median of ₹12.00 LPA.

Britannia Industries Ltd emerged paying recruiter. Other premier recruiters included ITC (FBD), Olam, Amul, EY India, and CRISIL, alongside top agri-input companies such as BASF, Coromandel, PI Industries, and KRIBHCO. Companies from sectors like animal nutrition (DeHeus India, Nutreco), renewable energy (Reliance Bio Energy), commodity trading (Arya.ag, NCEL), and BFSI (IndusInd Bank, IDFC First Bharat, Tyger Capital) also participated.A total of 45 companies recruited, including 20 new recruiters. The sector-wise distribution of placements is as follows: Agri-Input: 32.00%, FMCG: 18.00%, Animal Nutrition: 12.00%, BFSI: 11.00%, Commodity Trading: 9.00%, Renewable Energy: 9.00%, Consultancy: 4.00%, F&V Procurement: 4.00%, and Development: 1.00%.

A felicitation ceremony was held on campus on March 27, graced by Dr Sagar Hanuman Singh, IPoS, Director General, MANAGE; Dr K. Anand Reddy, Principal Coordinator, PGDM-ABM; Dr K. Krishna Reddy, Director (ICT), Head (SABM), MANAGE and P. Bharathi Rani, Placement Coordinator.
