Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Mahesh Kumar Goud and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud have emphasized that the Youth Congress should serve as a protective barrier for the party.
The Telangana Youth Congress State Executive convened on Saturday at Indira Bhavan, located on the grounds of Gandhi Bhavan, under the leadership of President Shiva Charan Reddy. The meeting was attended by TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud, AICC Secretary Vishwanath, Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, AICC member Sampath Kumar, BC Corporation Chairman Nuthi Srikanth Goud, and others.
During his remarks, the TPCC chief assured that dedicated members of the Congress party would receive proper acknowledgment and be given appropriate roles in the upcoming local body elections.
Mahesh Kumar Goud pointed out the need for the Youth Congress to take a proactive stance on social media.
He accused the BRS party of disseminating false information regarding HCU lands using AI technology. "We must convey the truth about HCU lands and actively counter the misleading claims made by opposition parties," he stated.
Minister Ponnam Prabhakar stated that the State government is launching various initiatives in Telangana that had not been established previously. He encouraged Youth Congress members to act with the dedication of soldiers in promoting these government schemes to the public. "Everyone will have opportunities. Local body elections are set to take place in either June, July, or August. Party tickets will be allocated to workers within the Youth Congress category," Ponnam added.
