TOMCOM is providing free training and placement for the Nurses under the Triple Win project, which was sponsored by the German govt
Major activities conducted by TOMCOM include:
- Pre-departure Orientation Training (PDOT) courses
- Mobilization and enrolment of eligible candidates for overseas job opportunities
- Partner with training institutions and organize skill development programmes meeting overseas employment standards
- Maintain a database of skilled workers in various sectors
- Operate a 24x7 help desk at the Hyderabad international airport for counseling vulnerable migrants to gulf countries.
- Address grievances of migrant workers through the Te-Migrant app.
- Conducting regular meetings with recruiting agents and training of trainers workshopson safe and legal migration.
TOMCOM Mobile App launched for candidates
TOMCOM also has a mobile App, where they update all latest jobs for the registered candidates. Mobile App was started in 2023 and till now 30,000 candidates registered in this app, said a TOMCOM official.

Radhika Dasari from Hyderabad completed B Sc Nursing and harboured an ambition to go abroad but did not know how to go about. Thanks to Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM) she is now employed at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's in the UK. She says, “I am very thankful and grateful to the TOMCOM for giving me training which helped me clear the exam conducted by the hospital.”
Another youngster hailing from Bhadradri Kothagudem, who completed a diploma in mechanical engineering always dreamt of working in a developed country such as Australia or Germany. His wish was fulfilled. He says, “I had work experience in thermal power plants and I had a dream of working in countries like Australia and Germany. I am very happy that I have fulfilled my dream through TOMCOM. I got a conditional offer letter from Germany through TOMCOM and later I have passed the language examination and joined Germany Company,’ said Anantha Venu Gopala Chary of Bhadradri Kothagudem.
These are not the two success stories produced by TOMCOM, thousands of youth have fulfilled their dreams of going abroad and working there through TOMCOM. With a minimal cost, they train the youths for their aspiring career and help them to achieve their goal in life.
Since TOMCOM was incorporated on August 5, 2015 under the Companies Act. Empanelled with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India as a state government recruiting agency, it has helped 8546 candidates get gainful employment in Australia, Japan, Germany, UK, USA and Dubai in healthcare, construction and hospitality sectors.
TOMCOM ties up with Japan
TOMCOM is a registered recruitment agency under the Department of Labour, Employment Training and Factories, Government of Telangana, recently signed an MoU with Japan. TOMCOM trains the workers to the overseas standards and it will organize skill upgradation and skill development programmes meeting the overseas standards. To provide needed skills to meet the demand of the international market, TOMCOM is conducting overseas employers meetings and conducting meetings of recruiting agents, training of trainers workshops etc.
Along with that TOMCOM provides travel, passport, visa and stamping assistance to the selected candidates. Occupational English Test (OET) and International English Language Testing System (IELTS) training would cost around 15,000 to 25,000, TOMCOM gives these training by charging Rs 5000, said officials of TOMCOM. They also train the candidates in Japanese and German languages to qualify the examination and get jobs in Japan, Germany and other countries. The National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) training for nurses. And also they give training in soft skills for interviews.
Japanese language training with native Japanese trainer and hostel cost for 7 months as well as including exam fee, transport to exam center Bengaluru, Chennai and flight tickets all including 1.77 lakh in TOMCOM. Where these training and all the documentation work will be costing around 5-10 lakhs in private agencies.
