Bollywood’s Bhaijaan Salman Khan is currently going all out to promote his upcoming film Sikandar. This Eid, the superstar will return to theatres in his badass avatar with the A. R. Murugadoss action thriller, alongside Rashmika Mandanna. Recently, the superstar held a special press conference with the media where he opened up about his future projects including an exciting movie with Sanjay Dutt, age gap with co-stars and the multiple death threats that he has received from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, linked to the 1998 Blackbuck poaching case.

Breaking silence over receiving death threats from the Bishnoi Gang, Salman shared that he has left everything to God and stated that he knows how long he will live. Salman stated, “God, Allah - everything is upto him. I will live as long as I am destined to live. Just that, sometimes, I have to move with too many people with me. That becomes a problem.”

In 1998, during the shooting of Hum Saath-Saath Hain, Salman and his co-stars Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam Kothari were accused of allegedly killing a Blackbuck in the forests near Jodhpur. Ever since then, he has been receiving death threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and the Bishnoi gang, who consider the Blackbuck sacred.

Salman was also asked about his 31-year age gap with Sikander co-star Rashmika Mandanna. He opened up on this and said he cannot work with young actresses like Ananya Panday and Janhvi Kapoor because people start talking about the age gap. Salman said, “If I want to work with Ananya or Janhvi, people have made it difficult for me because then they talk about the age gap. I work with them thinking it’s giving them a good opportunity, and even when people will talk, I will continue to work with them.”

Salman ended the conversation on a high note as he revealed he is all set to do a movie with close friend and his big brother Snajay Dutt. Confirming the news, he said, “I’m doing it with my elder brother in the industry...Sanjay Dutt.” When quizzed about revealing more details on the film, Salman added that the director and producer for the film is not confirmed yet. Well, looks like Salman has a really good lineup of films after Sikander. For the unversed, Sikandar will open in theatres on March 30. Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, the film also features Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi and Prateik Babbar in key roles.
