Minister Anita felicitates police personnel for social contributions

Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha felicitated three police personnel from Anakapalle district for their achievements in policing, sports and social service. Home Minister Anitha invited the three personnel to her residence at Nakkapalli, congratulated them and shared a meal with them.

She said encouraging police personnel who demonstrate commitment and excellence in their duties was part of her responsibility. Woman constable V. Vijaya was felicitated for her performance in the recently held State-level police sports competitions, where she won six gold medals. Home Minister Anitha praised Vijaya for excelling in sports while continuing to discharge her responsibilities as a police constable.

The Home Minister also appreciated constable Rambabu of Payakaraopeta police station for his use of technology in investigating cases. According to the minister, Rambabu played a key role in tracing suspects in several cases, particularly motorcycle thefts, by using IT Core Analysis to track their movements.

Narsipatnam DSP Srinivasa Rao was also honored for his decision to donate his organs. Minister Anitha commended his contribution as an example of humanitarian values and social responsibility. The Home Minister said police personnel who combine professional duties with achievements in sports, technological innovation and public service should be encouraged and supported.
