King will fire up the capital with a hit-loaded set, from the heartbreak anthem “Tu Aake Dekh Le” to the viral sensation “Maan Meri Jaan”.  The performance is expected to be a power-packed mix of grit, glam, and goosebumps, setting the tone for what’s shaping up to be a thrilling IPL season.

This won’t be King’s first innings with the league. The artist had earlier taken center stage at the IPL 2023 Closing Ceremony. Speaking ahead of his performance, King said, "Performing at the IPL Opening Ceremony, especially in my home city Delhi, is beyond just a career milestone — it’s a full-circle moment for me.

I grew up watching cricket like every other kid in this country, cheering for my favourite teams. To now sing in front of thousands at Arun Jaitley Stadium, and hear that roar of the crowd — it’s going to feel surreal. Music and cricket are the two things that unite this country in the most powerful way. This evening will be about bringing that energy and emotion, and making it something unforgettable.”
