In a national meet of the World Hindu Federation(WHF) held at Hyderabad on Sunday, CS Rangarajan, the chief priest of Chilkur Balaji temple initiated resolutions which were passed unanimously. The World Hindu Federation affirmed that the protection and enforcement of Article 26, read with Article 363, in the context of Shri Ram Lalla Deity Rights, is integral to upholding Constitutional Morality (Dharma).
It also called upon all religious denominations in the entire world to respect the sovereignty of Dharma, which guarantees the right of every community to worship in its own way and to preserve its language and culture.It strongly condemned any actions that disrupt law and order or obstruct the restoration of places of worship, including the incidents reported in Undi constituency of Andhra Pradesh concerning the Ramalayam.The Federation resolved that the principle of vasudaiva kutumbam(whole world is a family) be propagated as a universal civilizational framework for global harmony.
The World Hindu Federation resolved that the Written Submissions and Interlocutory Application filed by the devotional community before the Hon’ble Supreme Court seek to secure this civilizational objective.It also called upon the Union Government to extend its support before the Supreme Court hearings and to uphold the purpose of Article 26, the rights of Shri Ram Lalla and the broader constitutional and civilizational framework articulated herein.
