ALEAP-Towards encouraging women entrepreneurship

The Association of Lady Entreprenuers of Andhra Pradesh(ALEAP) Industrial Estate, established in 1998 is pioneering initiative dedicated to  rostering women entrepreneurship in Hyderabad.Located in Gajularamaram, it serves as a hub for women-led businesses, providing a supportive environment that encourages innovation and growth. Recently, the estate has been hosting various events, including industry-entrepreneur interaction meets, awareness programs, and incubation support initiatives. For instance, it successfully hosted a senior delegation from Bharat Coking Coal Limited, discussing innovation, incubation, and sustainable livelihood models 1.

Some notable activities at ALEAP Industrial Estate include  RAMP MSME Innovation Connect: A program connecting MSMEs and startups with CSIR-IICT's advanced technologies and IP portfolio;  Industrial Exposure Visits: Providing SHG women with practical insights into entrepreneurial practices and enterprise management; Walk-in interviews. The estate is also home to various organizations, including Ced Aleap and AIC ALEAP WE HUB, which offer incubation and support services to entrepreneurs 3. With its strategic location and supportive ecosystem, ALEAP Industrial Estate has become a go-to destination for women entrepreneurs and startups in Hyderabad.
