The restaurant is located in the popular culinary area of Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Gachibowli, spanning 3,388 square feet with a 103-seat capacity across two floors, designed with an energetic and Instagram-worthy vibe perfect for casual dining and late-night indulgence.

Ronny Gjose, the visionary behind Fly Chicken’s global expansion and the CEO of the brand, shared his excitement for the restaurant’s arrival in India. He highlighted the restaurant’s unique pressure-frying technique, which ensures a juicy interior and crispy exterior. Fly Chicken's menu includes signature dishes like Crispy Fried Chicken Wings, Juicy Tenders, the Superfly Sandwich, and Loaded Hot Chicken Fries, all prepared with fresh ingredients, a special buttermilk marinade, and a bold spice mix. The brand is led by Kulpreet Sahni, CEO of Fly Chicken India, an entrepreneur behind several successful ventures like Hapusa and Greater Than Gin. Sahni expressed that Fly Chicken is more than just a meal—it’s an experience. “We’re all about big flavors, great vibes, and an energetic atmosphere,” he said. Fly Chicken plans to expand rapidly, with 5–7 outlets planned for Hyderabad and a long-term vision of 250 locations across India in the next 5–7 years.
