The Air Excellence Aviation (Private) Limited (India) (AEAPL) is planning to collaborate with UAC-TC (a Russian company) and establish BDA Centres across India.
AEAPL is looking to partner with 50 entities to establish BDA Centres across India. Each partner will need to invest approximately 100 crores INR or more. AEAPL will provide financing for around 5 BDA Centres per partner, taking a 51% stake in each center.
These BDA Centres are described as financially viable and feasible, thanks to the support and technology provided by AEAPL, which includes concessional rates on Aristip technology. The venture aligns with a change in government policy, which could make BDA Centres more necessary and in demand.
AEAPL will provide special aircraft (specifically, the AN-38 Ukrainian-manufactured aircraft) for airstrips, which will be available on lease/ACM (Aircraft Commercial Management) at special rates. The provision of aircraft is aimed at making airstrips and airline operations more financially viable, especially for small airstrips. There will also be a collaboration for ALC across India.
