It could be a destitute woman, a truck driver in trouble or tribal community struggling to make ends meet. Lata Jain lends a helping hand through Gagar Foundation and Pyasa which she founded and also from Leo Club, Diamond International, Shivanand Sanstha, Rogi Sahayata Trust, Taruni and BJS where she involves for the betterment of society.

A go getter, even while battling a serious illness, she completed law degree. What truly sets Jain apart is her independent service, aiding blind individuals and needy families without organizational backing. Her selflessness is evident in every effort-reaching out to the marginalized simply because it is the right thing to do.

In a disturbing case of financial exploitation, a seriously ill truck owner had his vehicle seized by anti-social elements, leaving him destitute. Without resources or legal knowledge, he faced an uncertain future. Jain, recognizing his plight, intervened through legal channels, offering free assistance, and secured the rightful release of his truck, helping him regain his livelihood.

On another occasion, a woman from Bhar Kunda was set to marry a man from Hyderabad, their plans took a devastating turn as the groom was arrested on false charges by the Nampally, Hyderabad police. Jain acted swiftly, filing appeals to the Human Rights Commission and demanding official scrutiny of the wrongful arrest. Her efforts led to legal action against the authorities, and she successfully secured bail for the accused, protecting his future and dignity.

In a heart-breaking case of domestic abuse, a woman was abandoned by her husband. She had become a victim of   neglect, starvation, and mistreatment. With nowhere to turn, she faced an uncertain future. Lata Jain stepped in, not just fighting for her legal protection, but also personally mediating to mend the broken relationship, ensuring that the couple found a path toward reconciliation and stability.

The Gagar Foundation and Pyasa, focuses on tribal communities in Utnoor, Adilabad district. Through these platforms, she provides vital education, basic necessities, and healthcare to those often overlooked by mainstream society.
